Admission Procedure
- The Admission for UG shall be made ON-LINE for Gondwana University, Gadchiroli..
- Facilities for filling admission forms on-line, their submission and counselling for parents and students are made available in the college free of cost.
- All the information regarding admission process will be displayed on Notice Board.
- The University has fixed any other date declared by the university, as the last date for completing the admission procedure.
Necessary Documents For Admission
- Original and attested Xerox copies of School/College Leaving Certificate
- Mark list of Qualifying Examination
- Character Certificate, Eligibility Certificate, Migration Certificate.(Other Board/University for students)
- Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate only for Students of Reservation Category.
- Attested two Xerox copies of ADHAR CARD.
- Voting Card are necessary for all the students for the admission of UG
- Four Passport size Photographs.
- Handi-cap student – Handicap Certificate Xerox Copy.

- Passport size photograph with signatures of the student
- All Mark sheets from SSC onward
- Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Father Income certificate
- Domicile & Nationality Certificate
- AADHAR Card – Student, Father, Mother
- Ration Card
- Nationalized Bank Passbook
- Aadhar card link form with Bank Account
- Gap Certificate (If Applicable)
- Death Certificate of Father (If Applicable)
- Cast Certificate (For Reserve Category Students only)
- Cast Validity Certificate (For Reserve Category Students only)
